On top of the mountain, or in the valley below
there is a small boy, who has no place to go
He wonders around alone, without a tear
He accepts his fate, without any fear
He slowly progresses when it comes to years
ONe day he sights a boat that brings him to tears
He finds the people and is rescued, no longer a stray
He exists his home regretable, as his island drifts away

I think this is a good poem. I liked the rhythm. |
