Flip Side

Contributed by Amicus on Friday, 20th October 2006 @ 11:12:49 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

You are lifeless
You are heartless
You are loveless
You are me

I look into the mirror and see someone else
You look in the mirror and see someone you hate
Guess it's all part of our fate

Black my eyes
Cut my wrists
Only you I despise

Tired of this lie
There's no point at all
for me to even try

I am lifeless
I am heartless
I am loveless
I am you

You look into the mirror and see someone you hate
I look in the mirror and see someone else
Guess it's all part of our fate

Look into my eyes
and you'll see only lies
I don't want you inside me
Isn't there somewhere else you could be?

Tired to die by the rope
But you wouldn't let me
Don't worry still got some hope

Tried to die by the sword
But you still needed me
Something I couldn't afford

KILLING BY THE HUNDREDS

Ending lives
Leaving husbandless wifes

Brought to court
Told 'em it wasn't me
Then widows came up
Who else could it be

Put in the chair
Screaming in sorrow
Voice says we're a pretty good pair
I'll see you in hell tomorrow
