Take hold of my hand,
And Squeeze it real tight.
Breathe in the moment,
We'll never forget this night.
When I'm next to you,
The world is a million miles away.
All that's left is me and you,
Just you and me today.
Can you still remember,
that cold and chilly night?
Football players on the field,
Giving the opponents quite a fight.
Can you think back,
To gossip of who was with who?
And do you still remember,
Our first "I love you"?
When you think back,
Can you even see,
Since that cold and chilly night,
How happy you've made me?
Do you remember each 'goodbye',
And every hug we gave?
With all these amazing memories,
We'll be sure to save.
And my favorite memory ever.
Do you remember that day.
When you hold me so close,
As we danced the night away.
Our very first kiss,
On that one perfect night.
Have you come to realize,
I smile just at your sight.
The times spent with you,
Are the best times of all.
When things are not so right,
You're always there when I fall.
The dreams that were dreamt,
The hopes that we've had,
I'm so glad God gave me you,
And I'm no longer sad.
I'm always there for you,
You're always there for me.
We are like no others,
And it's clear we're meant to be.
These memories we shared,
The secrets that we've told,
It seems this thing called "love",
Has been starting to unfold.
And when we share our kiss,
Love's other way to show,
Our kiss belongs to us,
The kiss no one else will know.
Think back to how long,
This happiness became.
Only one year ago,
But our love is not the same.
It's increased in amount,
And our affection as well.
How much our love has grown,
Is impossible to tell.
What matters is we're here,
And our love is still strong.
And deep within me and you,
Is where this "love" belongs.
My heart is with you,
And will always be of joy.
That's all because of you,
So thanks for loving me boy.
So after this long trip,
Down our memory lane,
My love for you is endless,
And it never stays the same.
It seems every day,
I love you more and more.
This year has been amazing,
And It's you I adore.
And when this world,
Runs out of all it's lovers,
Boy I know we'll be here,
And we'll still have each other.

nice truibute to your love. i love your poem. read my love poems:"You are only for me,To speak from inside,The merciful lady,The first moments after marriage,A gift to my Valentine,The beauty I see in her" and much more they give you the essence of love.
