I am the island
Altogether stylin'
In the middle of the ocean
Sinking and floatin'
My mind is corroding
My heart is exploding
I wait here in the boondocks
Some days I don't wear socks
Here come the waves-a-crashin'
There goes the lightning just-a-flashin'
See all the touring fools
Runnin' for their lives from the perfect paradise pools
The white sand gets wet
I hope they are made happy with what they get
The island of Christmas
I hope the past doesn't miss us
Terror from a tsunami
I only pray on one knee
My thoughts are molten
Glowing red and now I'm boltin'
Your eyes are yellow
Disaster's over, now we're mellow
