Son sit down I’ve got a story to tell
A story so painful and cruel
Out of my heart this story I tear
To give to anyone willing to hear
As I sat down and started listening
A painful voice bagged with sorrow
Tears came up he started bawling
As he started talking
I sit here
In this rotten chair
Giving my story
To anyone who’ll hear
Give me your hand
Please give me your help
I’m sitting here
Rotting in this hell
He kept talking as he bent over
Tears hit the ground over and over
His heart connected with mine
The river of tears now shared…
As he lays there I give him my hand
Wrap my hands around this poor man
Tears of mine joined with his
My heart broken just like his is
Little did I know he had one last breath
He whispered a word that blew away the rest
He has never spoken this word before
For he’s never had a use for it
I kneel down what’s he have to say
I look in his eyes half of it is said
A broken shattered voice whispers so softly
Thank You… … … For listening
His soul sings to me
Thank you now
for listening to me
Gave out my story
Now I’m free
Tears outside
Now turn to joy
All because of
The stranger boy
