Chaos all around,
Too tired of backing down,
My feet made of stone,
I face the wind alone.
At night I walk alongside the moon,
Wishing the sun not to rise too soon.
With watering eyes and paling skin,
All alone, I face the wind.
Be my soul silent,
As the air spells trouble.
Though as I run, I stumble,
I still face the wind.
Whip me up and carry me away,
If not, send down words for me to say.
If there is no end, do not command to begin,
How I wish I didn’t have to face the wind.

Nice write. The rhyme pattern and the emotional attachment were well carried through.. Sometimes we have to face such things to get us to a better place!
Hold strong!
