she's a beauty, a goddess
even so little, so small
but still so beautiful
catch her before she falls!
a day with her is never dull
every giggle and coo
using charm as a lure
oh to be like you
innocent, young, pure
when you cry and whine
make messes and spit
how much i wish you were mine
yes even when you throw fits
the world is such a scare
everyone with their schemes
you remind me, life's not fair
soon all you'll have is dreams
forever you'll have my love
at your time to be christened
you'll look so much like a dove
not a single eye won't glisten
you're his everything,
all that's remaining
the joy to him you'll bring,
even when sorrows are raining
never forget his love for you
