I walk through the gray life
unaware of anything around me
I am lost in the darkness I confide
There is no light for anyone
You or me

As I search, I am aware
aware of the fear within me.
The fear of the darkness
The fear of the loneliness.
Mine and yours

I see no one and I am alone
Separated in the darkness
I feel lonely in the hole I abide.
I am nothing. I am alone.
You without me.
