Hey! Lie awake and wait out all those Days!
Till I finally come home
Changed and jaded, everything that I hate
I'll be there...
Trading in my youth, for broken wings
As I slowly watch you
Walk away, so walk away
Will you stay, will you stay, or will you walk away?
Finish me off, follow the plan
Break all the bonds, sever the ties
Failed from the start
Science breeds abuse
State of the art
Logic bending truth
Complicated formula of flesh
Contradicting transparent duress
Crying for the past
Is something we've all, done
Lying to, ourselves is a way For us to run
We must die in Ourselves to pull through
And now your mission is complete, find and destroy me.
Torturing me, with words from your lips
Filleting my skin, pulling my teeth
Please forgive me for not being good enough.
Drown your sorrows in my pain
And it's something you can't explain.
When I'm choking on words you'll never say
And you'll never feel the same
Im counting down to hear the sound
Binded by fates darkside stopping me in stride
Pretend its not forver ill pull myself together
Ill say I was not hurt Ill say its only dust and dirt
That washes my skin away washes my stained pain
Its only reality is it really?
Bend a circle into a bent square
Manipulate words into sounds of silence
Maniuplate me heart into beating once again!

I like this first line of this stanza, the first thing that comes to my mind is DNA? haha but that's just me:
Complicated formula of flesh
Contradicting transparent duress
And this is true, everyone's regret something:
Crying for the past
Is something we've all, done
Lying to, ourselves is a way For us to run
We must die in Ourselves to pull through
"Die in ourselves" just sounds really cool to me! ^^
And this reminds me of the poem I wrote "TITLE GOES HERE"
When I'm choking on words you'll never say
And you'll never feel the same
Bluntly sad.
