A colder wind and burning leaves
A moon of blood for thee my witch
The Goddess and the Ancient Dream
Rise with us upon the mist
Samhain is approaching now
Lift the veil and speak the dead
Tell me was your life at stake
My heart for thee my blessed kin
I'll keep the flame of our tradition
The fires burn within my blood
Take the path into the circle
Return us now from which we come
May you spend this Hallow's Eve
True to that by which you are
My heart to you and blessed be
True unto the witch you are
Have a happy Halloween
Truly , Doug

I like this one. A lot of people forget where their holidays come from. Halloween was a pagan holiday. Now it's just an excuse to dress in weird clothes and eat a lot of candy. |
