Being as I am quite a fool
Asked around about what makes you drool
Was not as hard as you may seem
As everyone, like me, loves ice cream.
Did not seem like a task or labour,
But all I asked liked differing flavour,
Vanilla, choc, strawberry, rum,
All of it goes down to your tum,
Some wanted flake, others little bits,
Most just said melting over sticky mits,
One closed her eyes, into a dream,
Hundreds of flavours she had seen.
Orange, banana, lime, lemon and mint,
Not saying what I like but here’s a hint,
You wont me to one flavour be tying,
Cos don’t care, as long you’re buying!
