We fell asleep, awoke entwined,
This punctured heart is re-aligned,
The junctures that my life will find,
Desire your time and soul, so kind.
My soul it questions, can this be,
A hole that beckons me to be,
A better me, For you to see,
That maybe this is gravity.
You're pulling me into your world,
Your world is full of angels, girl,
Your angel wings embrace, unfurl,
As hidden hopes awake, uncurl.
This head so full of dreams afresh,
Of times with you of happiness,
I'm falling deep, I must confess,
You've got me caught, but I digress,
Awaiting nights of passion, raw,
This heart is waiting, wanting more,
This aching face so battled, scored,
Has found your soul and that's the cure.
