I’m a boy on a bike, going along,
The world is mine as I whistle a song,
My bike is a Spitfire, swooping down,
Annoying neighbours, making them frown.
My bike takes me everywhere,
Swift speed, twirling legs, flaying hair,
Down streets and alleys, past rivers and lakes,
Ninety degree turns, skid marks, hard on the brakes.
Up the hills makes be puff and blow,
But down hill you ought to see me go,
A ring on my bell, get out of the way,
My bike, my escape, I’m a super hero today.
I never get lonely when out for a ride,
When out in the open no need to hide,
You can come ride too if you so like,
Look out for me, I’m the boy on a bike.

Wow this was a lovely read. I love to ride my bike. I could feeling my hair blowing in the wind, just reading this. Thank you for the great feeling the read gives the reader.
