Angel of Music

Contributed by Angel16 on Saturday, 7th October 2006 @ 11:59:52 AM in AEST
Topic: mythology

*With pleading eyes, that both threaten yet adore;
how can there anything at all, to abhor?

*As his cape of black silk, flows behind him;
he appears to her, when light is neither bright nor dim.

*In the deep catacombs, he hides away;
from the outside world's cruelities and the garish light of day.

*He opens up his heart and shows her, his world;
and he gets what? Denied, betrayed. Not exactly the results,
he wanted to work toward.

*He wallowed in blood; but that~simply that,
denied him the joy....in which flesh brings, in the end.

*Pitiful creature of endless night;
what kind of life, have you always known?
What kind of inner demons, do you have to fight?
Let my inner strength and courage show you,
you are not alone!

*He's there, in a place that I can only find;
the infamous Phantom of the Opera,
inside my mind.
