Red haze rise
Over the distance
Yet sinking away into dusk
Unreachable
Yet atainable
Ineffable
Yet so simple to define
An amber flash
Alights the sky
In a blushing, blazing bloom
Indescribable
Yet believable
Unchangeable
Yet differing by the moment
The horizon explodes
In a montage of hues
And yet more beautiful
The single silver tear
The rolls solitary down
Your cheek
Your heart enflamed
With the passionate display
That the heavens erupted
For us here
Now ne'er a sombre thought
In your head
