Rain Rain

Topic: NaturePoetry

Rain,rain grace your presence
In our space today..
Cleanse and
Purify the air we breathe
Clean all particles of dust
From the air that float.
And stick in our throat.
Wash our green foliage that
Need to shine..
Quench the thirst of our
Trees
Let nourishment make
Them stand tall and strong.
With a beautiful, gloss that
Will shine like armor
Proud and true,
With out stretched branches
Welcoming Mother Nature
Tears
To give us shade in the
Early evening sun..
To live another century
Maybe, three
Rain, rains find a place
In our universe today,
Let your mist shroud us with
A kind of heavy flow...
Wash our environment
Clean
Let our nose have a
Chance to breathe clean
Fresh air into our lungs
Once more..
Kill all unpurified
Particles of dirt germs
From our bodies..
Before the germs set up
Home within our
Skeleton’s cover..
Rain, rain just rain as you
Please..
Today we need water for
Gardens as well other
Habitations
Blossoms will burst with
Strands of beautiful
Colors..
Making this land in time of
A fairytale dream..
With all the clean air we
Breathe,
The beautiful green foliage
Overlapping with beauty
And the old oak tree,stand
Tall with pride..

A beautifully ascribed poem in which I thoroughly enjoyed reading. We are in urgent need of rain here. May the heavens open up and let the rain fall again real soon.
A wonderful write thanks for sharing it~

Rain on my assram! I got my jeans wet today and that was poo. Rain is better than sun, because you know wher you stand with the rain. When it is sunny it can go cold and you may sweat and that sux. I sweat becaue I am active and because I have no heating and when I go into an enviroment hotter than my cold palace it makes me sweat.
