Once again I sit here wishing I was happy
I feel so alone and empty
Every day is another day to regret
There is so much I want to do but I never do
Why do I feel so lonely
Once again I am single
And once again I’m hurt
All I want is to have someone
The feeling of being with them
Love is a feeling that I can’t share
Even though I do have feelings for someone
They don’t have them back
The moments I spend with her are the best
But when they are over I just want to cry
We are friends and that’s how its going to stay
We both like each other but its not going anywhere
There is a special friendship here
There are reasons why it won’t progress
Its good and its also bad
She will always have a special place in my heart
