Like a Summer Samba, she came breezing in
Like a cool breeze on a warm afternoon
It was completely unexpected, but completely well received
Stormy Monday, certainly not
The waves kept crashing onto the beach
The children scurried around in abandon as they tried to salvage the fading light
Cold Caffeine was sipped and the gentle breeze kept blowing
Conversions of the non monetary kind, Social reform,
The seas, clear nites, stars as lights, catamarans,
Phoenix, Kashmir, knee pain,
Burps, going off the regular path, fortune tellers,
Prawn vadais & lemon beer, Saris & Gold
all featured
Traffic failed to irritate and the journey jus flew by with such ease
Urban life passes you in total oblivion
Salt overdose and single tissues and
Before you know it, your running late
Coffee’s are postponed and your in a quick shuffle
Vestibules save the day, the train pulls away
And you leave happy.
