Cut it out

Contributed by JzstKilMe on Monday, 2nd October 2006 @ 01:18:48 AM in AEST
Topic: self-harmpoetry

Cut out the pain
who cares if it fills me with shame?
Am I really the one to blame?
I'm so confused, so much to lose, what the hell is there to gain?

Cut out the pain
the razor is calling, no SCREAMING my name
I can't hide this ache again
I must find solace in the twisted depths of my sick brain

Cut out the pain
I'm an utter mess, going crazy insane!
I'm sick and I'm not fit to deal with this misery
this misery than my own head makes for me
My mind is against me!

Cut out the pain,
No! No longer can I contain
this urge to satisfy my lust
blood, blood, it's a must!

to feel any better
the skin I must sever
to stop the loud and maddening rain
I MUST...
cut out the pain..................

cheer up, i hope everything works out for you sweetie and remember that no matter how bad the pain seems now it will go away soon, just give it some time.

I feel troubled when I read these pieces but I also can remember being in that kind of pain...It's hard to believe it will ever go away..then you wake up and it's suddenly gone. It's time that does the healing...just time. Thanks for sharing this...others know they are not the only ones hurting like this.
