Rebirth
Send me
A Lei of weeds
A bouquet of thorns
Drink my blood
Pierce my soul
Kill
Me that was
I that were
So I may cease to exist
And start to live!

The point is well conveyed and it's a nice choice of words but I feel it should be longer. You also wrote in the author note thingy that it's not about death it's about living life over. You get one life. There is no starting over...even if we trully believe there is.
Eternally Punished,
