You got to me again
Now the heart you lend
Let this love begin
It is the end of the begining
Not the begining of the end
My love for you is ever burning
We are birds of a burnt feather
This love for you is ever learning
No, it doesnt matter the weather
All good things must die
Now you're an angel in the sky
Very soon you'll know to fly
This is our last goodbye
This is the last goodbye we'll ever have
Short and sweet
Or long and sad
Does it really matter in the end?
Cause we'll all die
matters only when we decide to fly
It is all worth it in the end
You got to me again
Now the heart you lend
Let this love END

As another to dwell on love and love lost, I've got to say - well written. Sad, true, but well written. It has a good flow as well.
Thanx for sharing.

This is our last goodbye,
I hate to feel the love between us die,
But it's over, I'll just say this and then I'll go,
You gave me more to live for;
More than you'll ever know. |
