Gone

Contributed by The_Young_Poet on Monday, 25th September 2006 @ 04:58:32 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I screamed out your name
Over and over, I cried desperately
The volume of my voice seemed to drop
The image of you has faded
As you seemed to walk away

I don't want to say another cliche
For love, as now you are gone.
For which, I cannot control
It hurts too much to try and try
For something everyone knew wouldn't work
I was in such denial then
I've finally learned my lesson
And let you be, allowing to let go
To let go of the pain I tried to hold onto
You were my pain

Deep heartfelt emotions poured out from your write. One can feel the pain and sadness through your words. You have done a great job penning down your emotions. By doing that it helps your broken heart to heal. Wishing you much brighter days ahead.
take care.
hugs n prayers,
Sue M
