now seems so distant from me
i want to be with you
your all i can see.
you told me you loved me
was it really true?
or did you just make it up out of the blue.
i wish we could go back
back to what we used to have

Short, simple and sweet. Your poem says alot. I hope things work the way you want them to, but not everything goes our way. Wishing you all the best. Goodluck and may you rekindle what you had once again.
