The full moon shines brightly
Through the dark and hazy cloud
Enchanting rays rest softly
Among the trees and the ground
Serene scene Sweet illusion awaken
Of you and me under the moonlight
Our souls coming together as one

I like your use of alliteration in the first line of the second stanza. Well done.

Lovely thoughts, Kay. Those late night moonbeams are so wonderfully inspirational! The only thing more wonderful, perhaps, would be lucky enough to share them with another.
