Im wearing prison stripes
in this state of Tennessee
because my wife had to love my friend
and that wasn't alright with me
it's taken some time getting use to
all the concrete and stone
but what use is freedom
when your always cold and alone
I think about her cheating heart
and how our love had to die
then I crawl back into my cell
to hang my head and cry
I've been here for fifteen years
and thats alright with me
cause i've made a lot of damn good friends
in this lonesome pennetentary
im doin my time in this cold forsaken can
and I won't be free untill im a cold dead man

Good story. I'm taking you killed the dude or screwed him up pretty bad....over a woman? LOL Are you in prison? Or is it all just a grand metaphor? No matter, I enjoyed the read.

just wondering something
uh if it was a passion kil then u wouldnt be in jail for life
and considering that it would really only be 25 years then u could get parole for liek murder one
so like the cold dead man doesnt really work well for me jus for the reason is that ur prob not gonna b in jail for that amount of time or if u are u should def appeal |
