Trapped by one-sided affection
She knows it isn't love
Or right
Or possible
But his charming presence
Is a little light in her day
And she still wants to know
The softness of his lips
The gentleness of his embrace
But all she knows is the honey in his voice
And the sparkle in his brown eyes

An emotion captured of love unrequited ..
.. how we all, at one time or another have been in
this place. It takes strength to get through it.
Nice write.
