My wandering mind, a classic
things pass, wasn't that your answer?
Does this rain end?
Aren't we a pair
If not obstreperous like a storm on oceans
In my dreams we are there, ready for all this
But we speak openly, and take it all in
Our houses diverse as the raindrops of color
Our lives meander and below
This too will blow over
All comes at last to passing
Most storms do

I liked this, but there were one or two things that didn't seem to fit in with the poem - perhaps I'm just not getting it.
It's the first two lines of the poem I don't understand. What about the "classic" bit, and what was the question?
7/10 not a bad poem though :o) |
