~To Keep You Warm~

Contributed by ladyfawn on Friday, 14th February 2003 @ 11:20:00 AM in AEST
Topic: PoemsonBeauty

A single rose can say so much,
and take a winter chill,
with prose attached to warm your heart,
and sprinkle's at free will,

whilst winter came to frost my life,
i found a rose like this one day,
it's frozen blooms so beautiful,
i knew whatever came my way,

just like a flame it warmed my heart,
whilst through thy winter storm,
thy deep red rose, in which thy sent,
thy soul is then reborn,

crystal brilliant sparkling diamonds,
upon each petal colours devine,
toucheth my heart in truth 'tis true,
as the moon in night does shine.
~*~

big huggs valerie
your a rose of a friend
