Everything is swirling in my head,
Leaving me to feel like I'm dead,
As my heart begins to fill with dread,
This is the part where I lay on my bed and begin to wonder when I'll be free of this agony,
Because it seems to be draggin me under the surface and out of sight,
And to my demise i dont put up a fight,
As I can't help to feel that this isn't right,
I loose the fight

| Feeling lost is the worst feeling in the world because if you are lost how do you find your way home, so to speak. I've been there quite recently and what worked for me was searching, for things or people that made me feel right with the world. I took like ten months and sometimes it can take less time or more. I am reminded of some song lyrics that I believe to be the most inspiring, "Hold your head high, heavy heart" by The Academy Is. Keep writing, it will help you find your path. |

I know how this is... It is a horrible feeling... I usually feel like this almost everyday but you have to be strong no matter what... It is hard, I know but giving up might feel like the only escape and it might be easy but staying strong is alot better to be.... I liked this poem... very well expressed..
