If i ever leave this world alive I'll be thankful for the good in my life
If i ever leave this world alive I'll come back and sit at your feet tonight
everything will be alright, though i'm gone you're more than just a memory
should i ever leave this world alive
If i ever leave this world alive I'll take with me all the misery i left behind
and the pain I caused will soon subside if i ever leave this world alive
so please don't shed a tear cause i'll also be taking all of your fear
If i ever leave this world alive when in doubt just call my name
just before the world goes insane
still I may never leave this world alive
but if i ever leave this world alive you'll be okay
you'll be alright though i'm gone from your life
I said it would so you know it should
be alright
If i ever leave this world alive
though i may never leave this world alive
I pray I'll someday leave this world alive
