Why is the pain still there
It has been years but for some reason I still care
If we didn't listen to other's lies, would we still be
I was warned about them, but I just didn't see
I wish I had never let you go
We could have been great, but I guess I will never know
I'm sorry for the hurt, I'm sorry for the pain
For years this question has been driving me insane
Why did we let it die?
I still have days I think about it and cry
