It makes me wonder
And I have to ponder
My friends talk of boyfriends
And I feel empty at all ends
I've never had a BF
Am I heart-less?
For hanging out- I'm a fun gal
But to date? No way, I'm just a pal
Am I heart-less and just don't know
I wish I was more lovable... but no...
Am I just so heart-less
For your heart to thump in your chest?
Whenever I walk bye
Or when I say 'hi'
Oh, well, I'll be empty till the end
I'll never have a boyfriend....
I'm heart-less
I guess
So heart-less
Or just a pest

You're not heart-less and don't you say you'll never have a boyfriend. He just hasn't come yet. I know how you feel and then finally I got one. And I tell you, it's not as great as it sounds when they end up breaking your heart. Have fun with your friends and when you least expect it, you'll get what you've been waiting for!
Great write, it does sound like a song! Maybe you could turn it into something like that! |
