Alone, yet I stand surrounded

Topic: AngryPoetry

Well, i just wrote this in the heat of the momment.... so, bare with me lol. okay thanx

I suffocate as they surround me,
Strangers, whom call me their friend,
their daughter, their peer,
But i stand alone, myself to defend.

They think they understand so well
But really havent got a clue.
They dont know me,
and what i have to go through.

My days are dead,
With light filled full of darkness.
I walk hoplessly down this death row
Watching life pass by through this rotting carcass.

My distant eyes and my bruised, scarred, and bleeding canvas of skin
send out continuous S.O.S screams, and cries.
But no one chooses to notice,
Instead continue to believe my lame excuses and my mixed up lies.

Locked away from the world i live,
Within a self-constructed shell of anger and pain.
Treading in my unshed tears of melted happiness,
Getting sick and tired of this ritual game.

For now I proceed my journey alone,
Defending myself from those pretending to care.
When I finally fall to no return,
They'll all be sorry they were never really there.
