out of the closet

Contributed by Evangeline92 on Wednesday, 13th September 2006 @ 06:17:57 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Beautiful. You and I,from the first day we met till the day that I die. It's hard to explain without feeling so much pain I could not turn my back like the rest, the ones you thought you knew and were the best. You being gay is not so bad,I will never judge you,and I'm not so sad.You had the courage to show who you are,I hope you know your my fallen star. One final turn, and feeling the burn for a love that is no longer shown, but instead has sprout wings and flown. His descision was made, our mourning finished, and out with it the words were laid.

Sweet! Nice write!

"I hope you know your my fallen star"
I absolutely love that line!

And good for him to not be ashamed!

Great job

This is nicely written, I enjoyed the innocence and care portrayed in this.

I'd like to give you a very useful tool though, and it's this:

When you want to say a person is, you use you are, right? So that is You're. And when you want to say something that a person has, you use your (like "Your mom is nice."). Please don't take this the wrong way, I want you to know this, because I didn't use it before!

Anyway, the poem is very good. I enjoyed reading it!
