Sitting in blue,
Trying to learn,
Brown eyes tired,
With sleep soon to over take,
A sigh on the lips,
And a yawn in the mind,
Still pushing onward in the pursuit of knowledge,
Or at least a good grade,
Overview, read one more time,
Scan, preview, and hope it sticks,
It is early morning now,
And the coffee is not working,
Still pushing onward,
No time to quit,
No time for sleep,
This is the life of the college student.
