Tributes

As the day began I turned on the television and started to watch all the tributes to this day. Now as I watched fear began to over take me. Making me fear when and where would the next skyscraper fall. Then all of a sudden my little nephew's voice began to echo in my head. "Hi Uncle Ronald" his voice repeatedly said. This turned my fear into hope. Hope that maybe another skyscraper will not crumble to the ground. Hope that the war in Iraq will soon come to an end. Hope that our own fears won't turn into hatred for someone just because of their beliefs. Hope that Old Glory will wave high one day again. But most of all my nephew's voice gave me hope for peace.
