My true home
This place is safe
It’s kind and giving
Light and fun
This place is optimism
A place that lets me dream
To be more
A place where I’m loved
And so much more
Once it was home
And still it is
It’s the place
Where my heart lives
It’s forgiving, it’s acceptance
It’s love and it’s outrageous
We always laugh here
And are not afraid
To be ourselves
Whatever that means
This is the place my Mom maintains
Where my dad is loved
And the children all meet
There’s no place on Earth like this one
We are so blessed
And we owe it to Mom
She has truly made
Her house a home
