Serenade

Contributed by Man_On_High on Thursday, 7th September 2006 @ 11:41:55 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

She is affection.. and the present,
Since she has made me, my heart
Open to autumn airs and ere,
To the gentle murmur of summer seas.

She is the charm of fleeing places
And the superhuman delight of my many stations..
She is affection and the future;
Love and strength whom we,
Standing in our rages
And our boredoms, see
Passing in the stormy sky
And banners of ecstasy.

She is love.. perfect measure reinvented..
Marvelous, unsought reason and eternity
And her presence shines.. an everlasting faith.

I have known the terror of her concessions
And of my own..and promise is made
In the soaring of our faculties,
Selfless and passionate;
Where love is for infinite life.

Very nice and gentle piece you got here. Beautifully written, and surely inspired by a beautiful lady.

Good luck with that,

Oh my sweet, sweet poet ..

this is exceedingly beautiful

You have rendered my words miscarried .. for how could they possibly capture the stirring
artistry of your undeniable and magnificent talent? My voice seems to slip from my heart
getting caught in the breathlessness of the moment ..

This write is embroidered with an ardor and endless devotion that floods my being with delight,
serenity and so much love, I fear my heart may explode from the sheer power of emotion ~

I am touched beyond the scope of touch ..
Moved beyond movement ..
and left basking in the radiance and tender truth of all your sentiments.

especially that last line

My favourite thus far, sweets ~
