Spewing His disease
in the color of dawn.
Suffering...
His forever gift to us.
you should know how this works by now,
life & Suffering...
how little minds are so enthralled & thrilled
about the little nothings of their pathetic lives of lies,
and how they become shocked when
He reaches into their souls
as He feeds them with Himself.
from time to time we may touch
a glimmer of happiness
with numb fingertips
but as soon as He is ready,
He'll greet us with His stiff grin
and take us into His realm & show us
the real meaning of life.
suddenly, we realize happiness was a
mere toy dangled in our faces.
like a joker for the king...
we are only entertainment for Suffering's sake.
our forever gift to Him.

suffering is a grand thing
but hand & hand do all things walk
Tis dark, I like...
I like that
Finding sanctuary is of both
I like it
I will follow you thru the ruins
were sanctuary is most apprieciated. |

This one left me chilled to the bone. I have felt that evil hand of His (sometimes fearing it's my own mind) tear me down. Wonderful write, I could relate to.
Peace, Laura (this was great for your first post) |
