I need to find what life has for me…
I need to see what it’s like to be free…
Where is the fun and games…
That has everyone feeling the same…
I need the joy of just being…
I need the excitement of just seeing…
Where is the feeling of being a kid…
That in my youth I once did…
I need the frivolous content of doing nothing…
I need to just get up and do something…
Where are the moments in time…
That made me stop and laugh sometimes…
I need to stop and think awhile…
I need to, in my own shoes, walk a mile…
For what I need is right here…
With my family where I have no fear…
What I need has been right here…All Along…
