Did you think it was all an act,
That I didn't really care?
I thought you knew better.
I've said it all before,
And I would say it all again,
But I don't think I need to.
I would say I'd smile for you
And I would say I'd laugh,
But I already did just that.
I would say I'd write and think
And dedicate it all to you,
But I already do that constantly.
I would say I'd plan out our future
But it's already in my mind.
I would say I'd wait for you,
But I thought you were already there.
I would say I'd give it a try
And take a chance for you,
But I did and I lost it all.
I would say I'd spend my time on you,
Or waste it for that matter,
But I do it everyday.
I would say I'd bleed for you,
But you know I've already done it.
I would say you're perfect,
And I still think you are,
But it hurts to know I was wrong.
And I would say I'd die for you,
But I think I already have.

wow this is very sad and a very powerful write.. I can feel the sadness and the devotion.. I love the ending especially.. this is a very magical felt piece thanks for sharing
