Grief

Silence,
A heavy quietness,
Hangs over this sacred place
Which remains unchanged
Although the years float by.
Here is where I shall wait for you;
Beneath this tree,
Invisible to the universe.
This is where I will be,
Forever waiting,
Waiting for your return.
