Jock Phillips wrote some hurtful words today
Just know that the sun and air are the same for all of us
And the moon is there and Pluto is too whether a planet or not
Write the words you want and don't take guff from Jock Phillips or others
A poet far better than Jock Phillips told us that we're all in this together and he was right
Equal good bad or otherwise
A year ago today that wench Katrina made landfall
Pluto is a planet or not
And the words that Jock Phillips writes don't matter at all

| Ooh I just love the controversy. Many great poems are simple and lack geniune grammatical sense. I don't think that makes 'em bad though. And Irvine Welsh - not a speech mark in site. Surely we're all just examing the human condition from different angles. There is no wrong or right. Just like or don't like, or other colours and stuff. I'm off down the pub.... |
