walking down the streets with my pink hair down and my black hoodie and baggy pants waiting for a friend to arrive cross the street to the other side see them stare as they pass by their eyes peirce into me and they wonder Why the hell is she dressed that way? Wave the red flag Im a threat i guess just walking trying to pass time sit down by the corner waiting for you to arrive. Tell you the stories of what happened while i waited Tell you that this time im not shaking Bring out armies and stare at us Just because we are Anti-you. You need to figure out why kids Are against fiting in now Stare and point, stare and laugh Just realize that its all gona come back. Posted up like a poster by you You label me and say things about me and i just walk away No need to explain i know whats going on I dont belong here Because im not Your Stupid Pawn that will fake my idenity for you So stare at me and my friends label us and treat us like posters but your just a one person army

Ahhhh, the never changing cry of youth...
(Hippies said the same thing, greasers, Hip-hoppers, roller skaters, and rockers, and today? The rappers.)
Well put buddy.

I love the pink hair! A very strong visual image. It's a good focus for the rest of the poem. |
