Situations
Situation is such
Bank statement
Laughs at me
Calls me broke
Debt rising like an infectious
Disease
Life killing me
From chicken twice a week
To boiled broccoli and spinach everyday
Reason given is health reasons
Socks are stinking
Costly ointment too much of a luxury
Mosquitoes squealing
To emphasize my emotion
Daily shopping
Flashy credit card
Destination Sainsbury’s
Life seemed to taste better
Loose change only option to buy bread now
Tescos is deemed a treat
Ring Ring
Mrs Calling
Stuck in traffic darling
You know the motorway
Ill be home soon
Overtime with the bosses secretary
Was rewarding
Affording a coffee
Is now impossible
How about we make something at home honey
You know how I like home cooked food.
I hope I am not being rude
But may I just have the tea bag?
I mean we could re-use them
Tomorrow for breakfast, I am sure you won’t mind.
Thank you.

You have conveyed the hustle, bustle-up/downs of life beautifully.
And with a taste of humor. I like this very much.
