Heaven's Sweet Rain

Let me stand still

Cleanse me with heaven's sweet rain

May each drop trickle down my face

Amidst my chest

To the very sole's of my feet

Dousing away the adversity

Scouring the pain

Refine me with heaven's sweet rain

Let me close my eyes

And listen intimately

As each inessential drop of water becomes one with the earth

Saturate my soul

Purge my pain

Purify me with heaven's sweet rain

Let me be moved by every drop that caresses me

Responding with the percepitivity of being free

Relieve my pain

Wash me with heaven's sweet rain

Let me savor the innocence

Discerning the virtue in every descend

Dissipating my pain

Bathe me in heaven's sweet rain

Let me bask in the luscious aroma

May I draw in the invigorating perfume

Exhaling my pain

I've been showered with heaven's sweet rain
