Upon paper napkins and post it notes
My darkest secrets lay written,
Stuffed in metal drawers and stuck to empty computers,
Covering the walls in a forever sterile cubicle,
A dark and icy cage formed of yellow sticky paper,
So when the lights go out and I catch the cab home,
My secrets stay behind, waiting in the depth of night
For a curious soul to discover them,
And set me free.

I enjoyed this as the thought crossed my mind that if I wrote on a post em note every feeling I had I could definately wallpaper a room quite quickly. Trully enjoyable. |
