Breathtaking grassy fields,
Encased by a perfect sunset
A cotton picnic blanket spread
Among the gorgeous green blades
Two silhouettes resting so softly above
Fingers entwined, each curve fitting into the next
As if it was made to be.

Your imagery is amazing here. I've been reading a lot of your poems and I am glad I finally stumbled on to your page. I think I like them so much because a lot of the things I found in your words I try to put in mine. Thanks for giving me a reflection of words and images I look for constantly. |
