Staring at the wall
Like nothing matters at all
Simply dreaming
But I feel like screaming...
I think I've fallen in love
And I ask Him from above
Please God, don't let me fall too hard
For I've already let down some of my guard
I don't want to let anybody in
Where few have been
To see the inside of me
A scary place to be...
What a disaster
Oh well, let's go faster
Pieces put back together
Now I can battle the weather
Broken masterpiece
What a beautiful release
Please understand
None of this was planned
This has no meaning
Someone should be intervening
I only rhyme
Just to pass the time
I can only write
Because I don't sleep at night
The darkness sparks inspiration
Including this creation...
Staring at the wall
Like nothing matters at all
Simply dreaming
