A succubus it’s become.
Friends and family fade away.
Everything seems to be gone.
Should I leave or should I stay?
I’m ruining reality by holding on.
But I cant let go, I need you tonight.
Every day I feel another conversation is gone.
Can you stop me and hold me tight?
For I fear I have lost it all.
They’ve given up on me..
I’ve ran right into a wall.
Looking in my eyes, what do you see?
Comfortable in not changing.
Iced off from the rest of you.
I’m not one for risk taking.
Social suicide is what I do.

Reminds me of my two pillow lovers from Amarillo in my poem, Cowboy CoUrgin'. In my case, it's not "social suicide", just maybe divorce or somethin' better! Can't really tell if this is a serious conundrum or not, but I hope not or that you won't let it be one. Good write.
